we know,

v=dx/dt

v*dt=dx

taking integration on both sides

∫ v*dt= ∫ dx

∫ (t-5)*dt= ∫ dx

t^2 /2 - 5t=x

so, x= t^2 /2 - 5t

put t= 10 sec.

x= 10*10 /2 - 5(10)

x= 50-50

x= 0m

so distance travelled by particle in first 10 sec.=0m
