If water is called as hydrogen. then why hydrogen and acid are react ? and when we are drink nimbo pani why it doesn't react else lemon has acid and water is hydrogen?

Water is not full of hydrogen it has some amount of oxygen that's why its formula is H2O. But the atoms of oxygen in water is larger than the atoms of hydrogen, say at the ratio if 1:8.
