⭐⭐⭐ DISCUSSION - A ⭐⭐⭐

The temperatures are 80°C and 60°C. Now, here, we can easily say that, 80°C is hotter than 60°C. Conversely, 60°C is cooler and 80°C is hotter.

⭐⭐⭐ DISCUSSION - B ⭐⭐⭐

The water of different temperatures are getting cooled into different vessels. If the cooling temperature remains constant or the temperature at which they are getting cooled remains constant, then the water of temperature 80°C will cool faster than the water of temperature 60°C because 60°C of water contains less amount of heat in it as compared to the water bearing temperature of 80°C

⭐⭐⭐ DISCUSSION - C ⭐⭐⭐

The normal cooling rate of a liquid depends uon the type of vessel you are keeping the liquid in. Unfortunately, in this question you haven't specified anything about the vessels or the materials with which the vessel is made of. But besides the type of vessel,according to Newton's law of cooling, the cooling rate of a fluid depends on temperature difference of the body (here water) and the surrounding. Here surrounding temperature can be taken as room temperature or 25 degree centigrade. Since, the difference between 80°C and 25°C is more than that of 60°C & 25°C, the water at 80°C will cool down faster than the water at 60°C.

==================================

⭐⭐⭐ CONCLUSION ⭐⭐⭐

If the surrounding temperature and pressure remains constant, then the water of the vessel bearing the temperature of 80°C will get cooled faster as cpmpared to the water of another vessel bearing the temperature of 60°C.
