Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here...

Watt measures the physical quantity of Power.
Relation between Power, resistance and Voltage is:
P = V^{2}/R
Where P is the Power, V is the Voltage and R is the Resistance.

Hence, R = V^{2}/P
So, if the Power (wattage) of the bulb increases, keeping the VOltage constant, the resistance decreases, so that the bulb glows more brightly.

Hope my answer is satisfactory...
Thanks!

Explanation:

Watt measures the physical quantity of Power.
