if we add water on the acid then it will bump of then why the water doesn't bump when we drink it since hcl is there in stomach?

there's no concern that water will dillute the digestive juice or interfere with digestion . in fact, drienking water during or after a meal actully aids digestion . water and other liquid helps break down food so that our body can absorb the nutrients.

If we add water on the acid then it will splash of from the container due to the exothermic reaction in which the acid reacts vigorously...
Whereas in stomach which contains pepsin gard our innerlining part of the stomach...hence so happened.
