if we conect a high voltage to outerside part of an aeroplane, do aeroplane have any type of insulator to protect passengers inside from electricity?

Heya!
The outer body...I mean skin of aeroplane is made up aluminium which is a good conductor of electricity.
When the high voltage is connected to the outside part..then, the aeroplane absorbs the energy and uses it.
but, the passengers in the plain..will stay safe.
