If the height above the earth's surface is small as compared to its radius.

Then

g(at height)=g(at surface)(1-2h/R)

If the height above the earth's surface is large As compared to its radius.

Then

g(at height)=g(at surface)(R^2/(R+h)^2)

Where h is height above surface of earth.& R is the radius of earth(6400km)
