If we have everything from which water that is two hydrogen (H) atoms and one oxygen (O) atom. So why cant we make water.If the scientist has found some water by doing this so why cant we make water?

yes you are right , it's a good curious question. water can't be prepared by scientists in laboratory because such technology is not there in present times. however if they are able to make water substitute but making water is not available right now.
water is precious and we should save it. god forbid that need arises of making water artificially.
