Theoretically, this is possible, but itwould be an extremely dangerous process, too. To create water, oxygen and hydrogen atoms must be present. Mixing them together doesn't help;you're still left with just separatehydrogen and oxygenatoms.

Because for reaction between hydrogen and oxygen to make water, electricity is the necessary condition...... so we can't make water ourselves if we have H2O and O2
