Consider a thing, you are back to your childhood and are going to through market then you see chocolate, those yummy ones. A terrible urge develops inside you and you are going to do anything - cry, shout and beg from your parents to buy you that thing. Now question is - When we know after eating chocolate there won’t be any benefit of eating it, taste is born while eating and taste dies after eating, so what’s the point of eating chocolate? As many of you might have already thought - it’s not the end of what matters, but what’s between - The sweet taste which makes you happy.
Our life is similar to this chocolate story. Though we die and at end everything goes to ashes still we’ve lived life, we have had such beautiful experience!
Now coming to purpose of life. You see if you’re a theist then obviously it’s to make God happy by helping humanity. If you’re atheist then you have choice to define your own purpose. So just live and keep thinking about life!
