if we have to make change of rs 100 and there should be no note of rs 10 and total number of notes should be 10 then how will we make change???

We can solve this problem by:

Rs 20 notes = 4 Total Rs 80 
Rs 5 notes = 3 Total Rs 15 
Rs 2 notes = 2 Total Rs 4 
Re 1 note = 1 Total Re 1 
Number of notes = 10 
Amount = Rs 100

Note that Re 1 note and Rs 2 note is rarely available nowadays.
