if we lift a body of mass 70g vertically upwards 10m then calculate the force required to lift the body. (g=10ms ​2 )

mass=70g
       =.07 kg
height=10m
g=10m/s2

force=mass*acceleration*height(as, here,the body is raised to a ht)
        =0.07*10*10
        =7N

h=10m
g=10m/s sq.
P.E.= mgh
=0.07×10×10
=7N
