if we travel from point A to B and returned from B to A along same path ,then displacement is zero.work done in this case is zero or not??

If as per your question,displacement is zero:
work done = force× displacement.....
so if displacement is zero then ,the product with force also is zero,
Therefore..the workdone is absolutely zero
