if wheat are sown in kharif season it wouldn't grow because it doesn't have sufficient climate or nutrients..

Wheat is basically a Rabi crop which requires a particular temperature, rainfall and some other climatic conditions to grow well.

• If it is cultivated in kharif season, during the rainy season it cannot grow well as it cannot tolerate the high rainfall. When there is abundant rainfall the water logging in the plants will reduce air in the soil spaces. As a result the seeds will not be germinated

• It requires cooler temperature which isn't provided in the kharif season.

•The young plantlings can't withstand the winds which are found during the season & would sway down, once they are fallen, the crop is wasted.
