if wheat is sown in the kharif season what would happen reason

if wheat is sown in kharif season wheat will not grow because ti requires a lot of water which only available in summer season because rains come in summers season.Sufficent amount of water is not available to wheat in winter season and also the climate is not favourable for wheat to grow.
