If whole means full/complete then why whole numbers don't include negative no. or complex no. ?? ​

Whole is not taken in the sense that it should include all numbers. Since we include 0 along with natural numbers, we call it 'whole' as with the addition of 0 natural numbers become complete or 'whole'
