Now

${x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } \\ = ( \frac{10}{3} ) {}^{2} + ( \frac{3}{10} ) {}^{2} \\ = \frac{100}{9} + \frac{9}{100} \\ = \frac{10000 + 81}{900} \\ = \frac{10081}{900}$
