one mistake :-. 3*2 not 2*2

and when you minus 6 from 8 you will get 2 and this is the correct answer

let \: g(x) =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1} {x}^{3} \\ since \: x = 1 \\ therefore  \\ g(1) =  {(1)}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{ {1}^{3} } \\  \   = 1 +  \frac{1}{1}  =  \frac{2}{1}  = 2

So the answer to your question is 2.
