Firstly ,

 =  >  \frac{x - 1}{x}  = 4 \\  =  >  x - 1 = 4x \\  =  >  - 1 = 4x - x \\  =  >  - 1 = 3x \\  =  >  -  \frac{1}{3}  = x

Then,

 =  >  \frac{x {}^{2}  + 1}{ {x}^{2} }  \\  =  >  \frac{(  \frac{ - 1}{3}) {}^{2}  + 1 }{( \frac{ - 1}{3})  {}^{2} } \\  =  >  \frac{ \frac{1}{3}  + 1}{ \frac{1}{3} }   \\  =  >  \frac{ \frac{1 + 3}{3} }{ \frac{1}{3} }  \\  =  >  \frac{ \frac{4}{3} }{ \frac{1}{3} }   \\  =  >  \frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{1}  \\  =  > 4
