x = √13 + 2√3 then 1/x = √13 - 2√3

x - 1/x = 4√3

• 1/x = 1/√13 + 2√3
• multipying numerator and denominator by √13 - 2√3 that is by rationalising we get 1/x = √13 - 2√3
