 {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } = 27 \\ {(x + \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} - 2.x. \frac{1}{x} = 27 \\ {(x + \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} = 27 + 2 \\ x + \frac{1}{x} = \sqrt{29}

 {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } = 27 \\ {(x - \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} + 2.x. \frac{1}{x} = 27 \\ {(x - \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} = 27 - 2 \\ x - \frac{1}{x} = \sqrt{25} \\ x - \frac{1}{x} = 5
