x = 2  +  \sqrt{3} \\ xy = 1
put the value of x to the second equation
(2 +  \sqrt{3} )y = 1 \\ y = 2 -  \sqrt{3}
now we have the value of x and y
make it square and add
 {(2 +  \sqrt{3}) }^{3}  +  {(2 -  \sqrt{3}) }^{3}  \\ answer \:  \:  \:  \: 52
