=(2/4)^(2-4)+(4/2)^(4-2)
=(1/2)^-2 + 2^2
=1/(1/4)+4
=4+4
=8
=(2/4)^(2-4)+(4/2)^(4-2)
=(1/2)^-2 + 2^2
=1/(1/4)+4
=4+4
=8
