if x minus 2 is a factor of polynomial x cube minus 2 X square + 16 then then put x - 2 = 20 and X values = 22 so put the value of 2 in the whole polynomial you will get 8 - 8k + 16 = 0 then add 16 + 8 - 8k= 0 = 24 - 8k= 0 = -8k= -24
=k=-24÷-8
=k=3
