we have to find x²+1/x²
so
{(2+√3 )²+1}/ (2+√3)²
{2²+√3²+2×√3 ×2 +1}/2²+√3²+2×√3×2
{4+3+4√3+1}/4+3+4√3
(12+4√3)/11+4√√3
12 = 11+ 1 we split in it
(11+4√3 + 1 )/(11+4√3)
(11+4√3)/(11+4√3) + (1/11+4√3)={1+ 1/(11+4√3)}

so
{(2+√3 )²+1}/ (2+√3)²
{2²+√3²+2×√3 ×2 +1}/2²+√3²+2×√3×2
