Hey Friend____

Here is ur answer....

x= 2a + 1

y= a–1

2x–5y–7=0

Putting the values of x & y in the equation.

2(2a + 1) –5(a–1) –7= 0

4a + 2 –5a + 5 –7=0

-a = 0

a= 0

x=2a+1
y= a-1
2x-5y-7=0
2 (2a+1)-5 (a-1)=0
4a+2-5a-1= 0
-5a+4a+2-1 =0
-a+1=0
a= 1
