If x = 3 + 2√2 find √x + 1/√x

Given that,

x = 3+2√2

=> √x = √3+2√2

= √1+2+2.1.√2

= √(1+√2)²

= 1+√2

1/√x = 1/1+√2

On rationalisation, it will be

1/√x = 1 - √2

Therefore,

√x + 1/√x = (1 + √2) + (1 - √2)

= 2
