If x = 3+ 2√2, y = 1/x, find the
value of x² + y²

x= 3+2√2 y=1/x

3+2 = 5

5√2 = x

x= 7.07

y= 1/x

y= 1/7.07

y= 0.14

find the value of x²+y²

(7.07)²+(0.14)²

the correct answer is 50.0045.
