Given:

(x+3)/2-(3x+1)/4=2(x-2)/3 - 2

To find:

The value of x

Solution:

Given $\frac{(x+3)}{2} - \frac{(3x+1)}{4} = \frac{2(x-2)}{3} -2$  

⇒  $\frac{(2(x+3) - 3x- 1}{4} = \frac{(2x-4 - 6)}{3}$  

⇒  $\frac{2x+6 - 3x-1}{4} = \frac{2x-10}{3}$  

⇒  $\frac{5 - x}{4} = \frac{2x-10}{3}$  

⇒  $3(5 - x) = 4 (2x-10)$

⇒  15 - 3x = 8x - 40

⇒  5x = 55

⇒  x = 11

The value of x = 11
