x(3-2/x)=3/x

3-2 =3/x

1=3/x

x=3

x^2 + (1/x)^2

= 3^2+(1/3)^2

= 9 + 1/9

= 81+1/9

= 82/9

= 9.111…

Answer: 22/9

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

x(3-\frac{2}{x})=\frac{3}{x}\\\;\\3x-\frac{2x}{x}=\frac{3}{x}\\\;\\3x-2=\frac{3}{x}\\\;\\3x-\frac{3}{x}=2\\\;\\3(x-\frac{1}{x})=2\\\;\\x-\frac{1}{x}=\frac{2}{3}\\\;\\\textbf{Making square of both sides}\\\;\\(x-\frac{1}{x})^2=(\frac{2}{3})^2\\\;\\x^2+(\frac{1}{x})^2-2\times x\times\frac{1}{x}=\frac{4}{9}\\\;\\x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}-2=\frac{4}{9}\\\;\\x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}=\frac{4}{9}+2\\\;\\x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}=\frac{4+18}{9}\\\;\\x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}=\frac{22}{9}
