if x= 3+root2 find (root x-1 by root x)

x = 3 + √2

√x - 1 /√x -----(1)


put value of "x'" in equation (1)

√x - 1 / √x = √( 3 + √ 2) - 1 / √( 3 + √ 2)


=[ {√(3 + √2 ) }^2 - 1 ] / √(3 + √2)

= 3 + √2 - 1 / √(3 + √2 )


= 2+ √2 /√ (3 + √2)
