concept :- A - B shows the relative complement of the set, which represents members of set A which are not part of set B. see figure , here shaded region is shown, this shaded region indicates A - B.
here, X = {a, b, c , d} and Y = {f, b,d, g}
so, Y - X = {f, b, d, g} - {a, b, c, d}
here you can see that b, d are present in both the sets . so, Y - X won't contain b,d and will contain rest elements of Y.
hence, Y - X= {f, g}
here, X = {a, b, c , d} and Y = {f, b,d, g}
so, Y - X = {f, b, d, g} - {a, b, c, d}
