If x be real, find the maximum and the minimum values of
(2x + 14x + 9)/(2x + 2x + 3​)

$(2x + 14x + 9)/(2x + 2x + 3​) = 0\\16x + 9 / 4x + 3 =0\\16x + 9 = 4x + 3\\16x - 4x = 3 - 9 \\12x = -6\\x = -6/12\\x = - 1/2$
