X = 1/√3 - √2. y = 1/√3 + √2
X = 1-√6 /√3. y = 1+√6 / √3

= x^2 - 5xy + y^2
= {(1-√6 /√3)^2} - 5 (1-√6 /√3.)(1+√6 / √3) + {(1+√6 / √3)^2}
= {(1-2√6+6 / 3)} -5(1-2) +{ (1+2√6+6 / 3)}
= (7-2√6 / 3) +5 + (7+2√6 / 3)
= (7-2√6 / 3) +15/3 + (7+2√6 / 3)
= (7-2√6) + 15 + (7+2√6)
= 7-2√6+15+7+2√6
= 29
