you can easily find out the perimeter of any regular polygon...
Following are the regular ploygons
Equilateral triangle
Square
Regular pentagon , Hexagon , Heptagon , Ocragon etc..
Perimeter of any polygon ( Regular or Irregular ) = the sum of all the sides
All the sides are equal in regularal polygon...so if side of an euilateral triangle be x then its perimeter =
X+ X+ X = 3X i.e 3 x Side
For Square of side x its perimeter will be
X + X + X + X = 4X i.e 4 x Side..
Simillarly, For Regular octagon of sidd x its perimeter will be X+X+X+X+X+X+X+X= 8X i.e, 8 x Side
