If x=log 12 to base 10, y=log 2 base 10× log 9 to the base 10 and z=log 0.4 to the base 10 prove that 5^x-y-z=5

now here the ques say 5^x-y-z=5 which is confusing as it means 5 to the power x and the others subtracted ...it can also signify the whole thing is in power form with respect to 5 ...pls eradicate confusion nxt time u type a ques...also that the ques is slightly incorrect the correct ques is .............X=log 12 to the base 10,y=log 2 to the base 4 ×log 9 to the base 10 and z=log 0.4 to the base 10, fing: 5^(x-y-z)
