X+1= 0

X = -1

putting the value of X

2 (-1)^2 + K(-1) + 3 = 0

2 - K + 3 = 0

-K = -5

K = 5

hope this helps if so plz mark as brainliest.

Given

x+1=0

x=-1

f(x)=2x^2+kx+3=0

f(-1)=2×(-1)^2+k×-1+3=0

f(-1)=2×1-k+3=0

f(-1)=2+3-k=0

f(-1)=-k+5=0

f(-1)=-k=-5

now

k=5
