I have done this for the same system in air . hope someone else  will do the above

Here moment of force on S1  =  M1gX = volume x density(p1)g x X 
=  (4/3)π(2r)³ p1 X = 8 x (4/3)πr³p1X       .............eq1

now for S2  = M2gY =   (4/3)πr³p2gY  ....................eq2

now according to principle of moments and from eq 1 and 2

8 x (4/3)πr³p1gX  =  (4/3)πr³p2gY

⇒ 8 x p1X = p2Y
⇒X/Y = (p2/p1)x 1/8 
⇒1/3 = (p2/p1)x 1/8
⇒p2/p1 = 8/3 

HENCE , WE CAN FIND THE RATIO OF THEIR DENSITIES WHICH IS

DENSITY  OF  S2 : DENSITY OF S1 = 8 : 3
