hello users ...

we have given that
x-y=12 and xy=25/4

we have to find
x+y =?

solution:-
we know that
(x+y)² = (x-y)²+4xy

here
(x+y)² = 12² + 4×25/4
=> 144 +25 = 169

=> x+y = √169 = 13 answer

⭐⭐ hope it helps ⭐⭐

(x+y)^2 = (x-y)^2 + 4xy

here,
 x-y =12 ; xy = 25/4

Substituting , we get , x+y = 13
