1. Be a Volunteer:

One way to help with the aftermath of the catastrophe is to voluntarily help people to overcome the disasters of tsunami, both physically and emotionally.

2. Raising Funds:

A large amount of funds would be needed for arranging food, shelter, medicines and machinery for effected people.

3. Make Contact With People:

Make personal contact with effected people. Ask if there is something you can do. May be you could cook a meal or offer a bed to people.

4. Use Love-Kindness Mediation:

As people have been suffering a lot after the tsunami disaster, so try to connect with then through loving-kindness mediation.
