If X+y is equals to 20 then the maximum value of xy will be 100 taking both the value as 10 .

I am not sure about this answer so I will advice you to recheck it !!!

if you think then X and y value can't be same...

Therefore I am thinking that the value of X and y can't be same so we can take the value of x as 11 and y as 9 so we will get the product 99 ...
