if x,y,z,are in A.P.then find magnitude of its common difference ?

If x, y and z are in A.P.
Then, the common difference, d = y - x = z - y

P.S.-The magnitude will be depwnd upon the value of x, y and z i.e. is the A.P. is increasing or decreasing.
