If x²+9y²=9 and xy=1, find (2 x +6 y)².

 = {(2x + 6y)}^{2}
 = > 4 {x}^{2} + 36 {y}^{2} + 48xy
 = > 4( {x}^{2} + 9 {y}^{2} ) + 48(1)
 = > 4(9) + 48
36 + 48
 = 84
