Here is your answer !!

x ^ ( a/b ) = 1
=> x ^ ( a/b ) = x ^ 0
=> a / b = 0 .

Now , 'b' cannot be 0 as because then a/b will become undefined .

So , value of 'a' is 0 ...... ( Ans )
