Given equation is  y = ax + bx^2

We need to find the differentiated equation.

∴    y' = \frac{dy}{dt}

         = \frac{d( ax + bx^2)}{dt}

         = \frac{d(ax)}{dt} + \frac{d(bx^2)}{dt}

         = a\frac{dx}{dt} +b\frac{dx^2}{dt}

         = a+2bx

Therefore the differentiated equation is  y'=a+2bx
