If you are elected as the president of your country what will you do to increase education and reduce crime and cyber crime

if i will become a president of the country then i will take my administration seriously and work for the betterment of the country..It is not easy to bring about a change in a country within a day. it is a gradual process as india is a very vast country. i will take initiative and start up a scheme, several acts, telling people about the benefits of having literate citizens. And I dont think that there is the requirement to take any action against crimes as only education can bring about the overall change throughout the country. when people will be educated ,they will be knowing well about self defence and could make themselves strong and productive population of the country and secondly, people are linking with crimes only when they are not getting jobs also due lack of education but when the people will study , they will be good enough to word hard for their livelihood to earn good enough....this will bring the change in the country and hopefully this is what everyone in the country dream for........
