If you are given leech , centipede and prawn will you put them in one group if no then why

Though leech, nereis, prawn and scorpion all have segmented body organisation, they cannot be placed in the same group for the following reasons:-
1) Leech and nereis do not have jointed appendages like prawns and scorpion.
2) The body of leech and nereis cannot be differentiated into head, thorax and abdomen while the body of prawns and scorpion can be differentiated into head, thorax and abdomen.
