If you are going to think first before you act, how are you going to react?

  • Thinking before speaking and pausing before acting have made me a better version of myself and helped me in group in various ways.
  • Often we speak some words during a distressing situation which we do not mean or we do not want to say.
  • The words one speaks can't  be taken back and thus we need to be careful while speaking them as they can hurt someone in various ways.
  • Similarly actions can be the major cause of various problems in our lives. Most of our actions which are out of anger or  frustration causes harm as we regret the damage caused by us.
