An insurance cover covers three parties which is the driver of the car who serves as the first party, the passengers inside the car who serve as the second party an any other person who has involved in an accident and was outside the car who serves as the third party. In this case if the person driving the car has an insurance and the passenger also is insured then the passenger will be compensated under first party insurance cover.
