If you are provided with three colorless solutions: dil.NaOH,water and dil.HCL,then how will you identify water from them without tasting?

when the mixture shows a precipitate , then both th liquids are naoh and hcl and the one left will be water...

We can perform a litmus paper test in hcl if we dip blue litmus it willnturn red and in NaOH if we dip red litmus it will turn blue and in water if we test each litmus paper one by one the the colour will does not change as it is neutral
